How is your service free? What‘s the catch?
We get this question often. It truly is free – no gimmicks! When you book with us, you will not pay a single dollar more for your vacation than if you were to book direct. In many cases, you will pay less once we apply lesser-known discounts and promotions to your reservation. What you WILL get is a knowledgeable, helpful Hi Ho vacation guide who will walk you through the process and create a truly unforgettable vacation. We receive a small commission from Disney after you travel for taking good care of you. You will find some agencies still charge hidden fees. We do not. Yep, it’s really free!
When you call a destination directly, you will get a friendly customer service representative, who is trained to get you booked and onto the next caller. They are lovely people and can’t give advice or opinions. But they work for the resort. We work for you. We are not a call center, so you’ll be working with the same person throughout the planning process and the extra time we take planning your trip always adds value. Hi Ho Vacations has direct access to all resort promotions and deals, and we’re notified the minute they are available. This means we get first access to promotional inventories. This is what we do all day, every day! In addition, all of your advanced dining and special experience reservations are handled. We can assist with everything from making the most of your dining plan to tailoring a special experience specific to your families dreams.

All reservations are made directly with the resort or travel supplier. Your credit card statement for both the deposit and final payment will reflect a charge from Walt Disney Travel Company / Disney Cruise Line / Adventures by Disney, etc. We will review your payment schedule when your reservation is made, including final payment due date and the policies set by the resort or travel provider. Hi Ho Vacations never holds or deposits any payments into our accounts for any reason.

You can spend days, even months, wading through the message boards, blogs, books and podcasts created to give insight on “hidden deals.” There are some good ones (we’re happy to recommend), but there is also a TON of misinformation out there.
